How to insert Rexton hearing aids

  1. Hold the hearing aid

    Grasp the body of the hearing aid with the speakers and wires/tubes facing downwards.

  2. Position

    Align the speaker or earmold at the entrance of your ear canal.

  3. Insert and fit

    Gently push the earmold or speaker into your ear canal.

    Ensure it's snug and comfortable.

    Tuck any over-the-ear components behind your ear.

  1. Reach behind your ear (if you have a BTE or RIC) and grasp the body of the hearing aid.
  2. Remove the hearing aid by gently pulling the earmold or speaker out of your ear canal.

Resetting or restarting Rexton hearing aids

How to reset or restart Rexton hearing aids

  • Soft reset

    Turn the hearing aid off and then back on. This can be done by opening and closing the battery compartment.

  • Hard reset

    Remove the battery, wait a minute, then replace it and close the compartment. This may reset any temporary issues.

How to adjust Rexton hearing aid volume

  • Manual adjustment

    Use the volume control buttons on the hearing aid, if available. Press up to increase and down to decrease the volume.

  • Remote control or app

    Some models can be adjusted via a Rexton remote control or a smartphone app for more convenience.

How to charge Rexton hearing aids

  1. Prepare the charger 

    Ensure the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the charger are clean.

  2. Place the aids in the charger

    Insert the hearing aids according to the charger’s compartments ensuring proper contact.

  3. Connect to power

    Plug the charger into an electrical outlet. Indicator lights will typically show when the aids are charging and when they're fully charged.
