I went to have a followup hearing test and they found that I had a right ear infection; so no test. They recommended that I get right in and have it looked at which I did and it is a really bad infection. As soon as it clears up, I'll go back. I've had the Signia hearing aids now for about 4 years and really like them but my hearing is getting worse so I am looking at stepping up into the next more powerful set.

Secretary Brittany was most helpful and ordered new aids for me. Audiologist Shawn gave me a hearing test and then set up my aids. He was knowledgeable, listened to my issues and took into consideration the things that I had problems with in the past. He did a great job of setting up my aids, then confirmed the settings using real ear testing. Shawn then installed the new phone app, which included six programs for various conditions and using the universal program I now hear birds and other higher frequencies better than ever. Great service!
