- Insert and Fit: Gently push the earmold or speaker into your ear canal. Ensure it's snug and comfortable. Tuck any over-the-ear components behind your ear.

- Reach Behind Your Ear: Grasp the body of the hearing aid.
- Gently Pull: Remove the hearing aid by gently pulling the earmold or speaker out of your ear canal.
