When can you expect to receive your new hearing aids?

At HearUSA, we know you’re eager to experience better hearing, and we’re here to make the process as quick and seamless as possible.

The timeline for getting your hearing aids can vary, but here’s what you can typically expect:

  1. Same-day fitting option

In many cases, you can walk out with hearing aids on the same day as your evaluation.

Our Test, Advise, Fit and Go approach allows us to:

  2. - Perform your hearing evaluation.

    - Help you choose the best hearing aids for your needs.

    - Fit and program them right away, so you can start enjoying better hearing immediately.

  3. Custom hearing aids

If you need a custom-made hearing aid, such as an in-the-ear (ITE) style, the process may take 1 to 2 weeks.

    This allows time for:

    - Taking impressions of your ears during your appointment.

    - Manufacturing and programming your personalized hearing aids to ensure the perfect fit.

  4. Delivery and follow-up care

Once your hearing aids are ready, we’ll schedule a fitting appointment to ensure they’re comfortable and tailored to your preferences.

From there, you’ll have access to our ongoing support for adjustments, maintenance, and check-ups.
