As an advocate for better health and hearing, Dr. Stephanie Jaffe, Au.D., from Jupiter, Florida has made it her mission to change the lives of those with hearing loss. She earned her undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology in 2018 and her Doctorate in Audiology in 2022. She’s been providing compassionate, expert hearing care out of HearUSA’s Augusta, Georgia office since 2022.

Author Bio

Dr. Stephanie Jaffe, originally from Jupiter, Florida, has always been passionate about the connection between health, science, and overall well-being. Her fascination with hearing care grew from a desire to help people stay connected and engaged in their daily lives.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of South Florida in 2018, she pursued her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) at Nova Southeastern University, graduating in 2022.

During her fourth-year externship with the Veteran Affairs Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, she gained valuable hands-on experience working with veterans to further cement her commitment to the community and expertise in the hearing industry.

Experience

Jaffe earned her undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of South Florida in 2018 and her Doctorate in Audiology from Nova Southeastern University in 2022, which included a fourth-year externship working directly with patients in Birmingham, Alabama. Before graduating with her audiology degree, she gained valuable experience working as a Newborn Hearing Screening Technician. She joined HearUSA’s Augusta, Georgia office in 2022 to continue her love of helping people improve their hearing health.

Commitment to Community

Dr. Jaffe believes in a holistic, patient-centered approach to hearing care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized solutions to improve their quality of life. Dr. Jaffe aims to find a balance between her passion for audiology and her love for lifelong learning and adventure. She applies her holistic approach to help patients regain their independence, to find and regain their passions.

Professional Achievements

Dr. Jaffe earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree in 2022. She also holds the CCC-A designation, which is the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology, an optional certification granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to audiologists who fulfill designated educational and professional requirements.

Dr. Stephanie currently serves on the HearUSA Hearing Care Professionals Advisory Board, where she works alongside senior leadership to enhance client care and business initiatives. Her insights help drive HearUSA’s mission of delivering Simply Excellent Hearing Care, ensuring patients receive the highest quality support and innovative hearing solutions.
