Gemma Gray, MSc AuD, is the Sr. Director of Professional Development & Retail Expansion at HearUSA. With over 17 years of experience in audiology, Gemma has a rich background in neuroscience research and audiological training, both in the UK and the US. Her career journey reflects a deep commitment to advancing patient-centric care in both clinical and retail settings.

Gemma’s approach to care is rooted in a strong belief in patient-centric services. She values the individualized attention that private hearing care offers, focusing on tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client. Her experience across various healthcare systems has reinforced her commitment to delivering Simply Excellent client care, which she passionately upholds at HearUSA.

Experience

Gemma began her career at The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, conducting research on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases. She then completed her MSc in Audiology in the UK, where she trained extensively in various audiological disciplines within the NHS. After moving to the US, she took on a leadership role in a private audiology clinic in San Diego before joining HearUSA, where she now oversees professional development and retail expansion.

Gemma is dedicated to improving hearing care accessibility and quality within her community. She actively engages in initiatives that aim to raise awareness about hearing health and strives to enhance the level of care provided through HearUSA’s services.
