What to Expect in Your Interview

We want every candidate to feel prepared and confident. That’s why we’ve made our interview process open and transparent.

    Start by applying online. Once submitted, you’ll receive a notification with details about the next steps.
  • Step 2: Screening

    Meet with a Talent Acquisition Partner who will get to know your background, goals, and fit for the role.
  • Step 3: Interview

    Interview with a member of the hiring team - your opportunity to ask questions and learn more about HearUSA.
  • Step 4: Offer & Onboarding

    If an offer is extended, your Talent Acquisition Partner will connect with you directly. Then onboarding begins - welcome to your new career at HearUSA!

A Culture of Belonging

Going Beyond with our ERG's

We are committed to creating an environment where every employee feels confident that they belong.

To that end, we have established five employee resource groups (ERG's) with more in the process of launching. The five are:

The co-leaders of these five groups and other dedicated Inclusion champions sit on the ERG Council, which provides employees with the opportunity to advise executive leadership on topics related to Inclusion and Belonging. The ERG Council makes recommendations to ensure that HearUSA achieves its diversity and inclusion mission and long-term goals. Employees can apply to join the ERG Council and participate for a two-year term.

As part of WSA, ERG Council members also collaborate with MoSAIC, the Global Inclusion and Belonging Network.
